ANNUAL RETURN DECLARATION

Section 119 of the International Business Companies Act 1994 as amended

We, the “Company”, with Seychelles IBC Registration Number    , HEREBY DECLARE AS FOLLOWS:

1.That the Company is keeping accounting records in accordance with the requirements of International Business Companies Act 1994 as amended and such accounting records can be made available in Seychelles through the Company’s Registered Agent on request, including (without limitation) in response to a request for them by the Seychelles Revenue Commission to meet a request for information under a tax treaty or by the Financial Intelligence Authority under the Anti-Money Laundering Act;

2.That the Company is keeping its Share Register (register of members) at its registered office in Seychelles and such Share Register is complete and updated;

3.That the Company is keeping its Register of Directors and other Officers at its registered office in Seychelles and such Register of Directors and other Officers is complete and updated.
